Kailey Shaffer is a music artist, songwriter, music producer and violinist born in Bryan, Ohio. Kailey grew up in the arts, dancing since the age of 3, writing songs, singing, and playing violin. She graduated from the Berklee College of Music in 2013, and soon after moved to New York City to pursue her career as a freelance violinist. She has performed with artists such as Rod Stewart, Annie Lennox, Willie Nelson, Nikolas Metaxas, Mario Castro Quintet + Casey Benjamin, Lalah Hathaway, Rob Leines and more.

After moving to Los Angeles, California in 2015, she began pursuing her dream of being a music artist, songwriter and music producer. In addition to her career as a performing and recording artist and violinist, she has co-written with numerous songwriters, producers and artists such as Rob Kleiner, Marta Galuszewska, Leila DeAngeles, and Jasmine Crowe. Kailey co-wrote the Billboard Top 40 dance hit “Chess Game” by artist Jasmine Crowe which charted in 2019. She is the owner of the Los Angeles recording studio, Venus Recording Studios, where she co-wrote, recorded and produced the debut hit “One More Night” with up-and-coming recording artist, Leila DeAngeles. In addition to writing and producing with other artists, she has also written and recorded for various music libraries including Closer Music and Megatrax.

Kailey’s debut single “Attached” released in April 2019, and was written by herself and co-produced with Grammy nominated songwriter, producer and engineer, Rob Kleiner. In addition, she released a second single and music video titled “I Wonder”, that was written, recorded, produced and video edited by Kailey. She has been writing, recording and producing her upcoming singles to be released throughout 2023.
