(Amazing) Mwalim DaPhunkee Professor is a multi-faceted and multi-award-winning composer, musicians vocalist, and producer of soul, jazz, and Afro-diasporic sounds. A 40-year veteran of the music business, he played his first studio session at age 16 for EMI Records. He is a three-time recipient of the New England Urban Music Award for jazz and is the writer and co-producer of The GroovaLottos six-time Grammy nominated album.
