(He/Him) Thomas Osborne is a percussion educator based in Waco, TX. Originally from Colorado Springs, CO, Thomas teaches and arranges for several award-winning ensembles across the Colorado Front Range. He currently studies Music Education at Baylor University under Dr. Todd Meehan and Arlo Shultis, and works with nationally-renowned percussion instructor Jess Quintana at www.thedrumguys.com and Scholastic Marching Arts.
