Hannah Yan is an NYC-born mezzo-soprano pursuing her bachelor's in voice performance at The University of Michigan School of Music Theatre and Dance, class of 2024. In March she will be performing as part of the opera chorus in UofM's production of Don Giovanni under the direction of Mo Zhou and Martin Katz. She is also overjoyed to be attending TOI, the Taos Opera Institute this summer. In the summer of 2022, Hannah was happy to premiere in the new opera, Pluto, as Jupiter and cover Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro for the Vienna Summer Music Festival.
