Polyglot (fluid English, Spanish and German, in addition to basic conversational Italian). Former temp. member of Argentinian National Symphony Orchestra. Founding member of SalBA - Argentinian Music Ensemble. Former tennis teacher and high-performance sportsman. Enjoys traveling, watching old movies and playing and/or watching any kind of sports.

Biography

J. Andrés Robuschi

J. Andrés Robuschi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the age of 6 he started playing violin as a Suzuki pupil of Maestro Claudio Medina. He continued his studies in his native country with Maestros Luis Roggero and Pablo Saraví. In 2012 he became a member of the Orquesta Estudiantil de Buenos Aires, with which he debuted as a soloist the following year. He participated in the 10th edition of the Santa Catarina Music Festival, Brazil, held in 2015. He was a scholarship holder of the Deutschlandstipendium (German Scholarship) and different scholarships of the Scholarship Fund of the Mozarteum Argentino. Since 2016 he has been a member of the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional Argentina on numerous occasions. In 2018 he was part of the European Tour of The Orchestra of the Americas. In 2019 he received his degree as Orchestra Musician from the Instituto Superior de Arte del Teatro Colón, and in 2022 his Bachelor in Violin Performance from the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt, Germany (Frankfurt School of Music and Performing Arts) after studying with Maestros Markus Däunert and Guillaume Faraut. He now studies his Masters in performance at DePaul University with Prof. Janet Sung.
