Sarah Strezewski is a soprano who recently completed her graduate studies at Manhattan School of Music, where she studied classical voice with the masterfully talented Mary Dunleavy.This academic year, she will be teaching voice and piano at Garden Street School working with students of all ages to grow their skills. Previously, Sarah has studied with the highly accomplished Nancy Maultsby at Baldwin Wallace University's Conservatory, where she performed the roles of Poppea in Monteverdi's dramatically tragic L'incoronazione di Poppea, the comedic and sharp Susanna from Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro, the ruthless enchantress Alcina in Handel's Alcina, Campbell in the horrifying digital opera Virtually Dead created by the gifted Kamala Sankaram and Jerre Dyre, and in many other scenes that explore the full range of the operatic world.
