Biography

Victoria Schmidt

Victoria Schmidt is a soprano from Kansas City, Missouri currently studying under Dr. Aidan Soder. She has appeared as a guest artist with Opera on Tap Kansas City, the Boston Conservatory, the Lyric Opera of Kansas City, and the Interlochen Arts Academy. Most recently, Victoria was named a semifinalist in Tier I in the James Toland Vocal Arts Competition. Victoria’s most notable roles from operas and scenes include the Countess (Le Nozze di Figaro), Ilia (Idomeneo), Frasquita (Carmen) and La Fée (Cendrillon). Victoria received her Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee and studied under David Small and Patty Thom.
