Victoria Schmidt is a soprano based in Kansas City, Missouri currently studying under Dr. Aidan Soder. Victoria’s most recent engagements include the Opera Scenes Showcase with Music On Site, Inc. as well as the Kansas City District Round in the Metropolitan Opera’s Laffont Competition. Last summer, Victoria was named a semifinalist in Tier I in the James Toland Vocal Arts Competition. Her most notable roles from operas and scenes include the Countess (Le Nozze di Figaro), Ilia (Idomeneo), Frasquita (Carmen) and La Fée (Cendrillon). Victoria received her Bachelor of Music in V oice Performance from the Boston Conservatory.
