Managed Wolf Trap Opera’s six city audition tour: corresponded with over 1,000 applicants, coordinated all travel and lodging arrangements, and oversaw daily audition schedules. Assisted with the processing and tracking of payments and expenses, submitting check requests, and reconciling monthly expenses worth over an estimated $200,000. Researched the implementation of DocuSign for Company usage, including document testing and presentation to directors; after which, it was adopted for regular use. Managed the submission and execution of Wolf Trap Opera’s Catherine Filene Shouse Career Development Grant, including the distribution of approximately $30,000 in funds. Gathered all data for WTO’s annual aria frequency list and designed posts for social media. Compiled and analyzed audition tour data and presented my findings for future planning endeavors.

Researched, developed, and implemented an entirely online season of streamed vocal recitals, including online ticket sales, virtual ticket distribution, and website optimization. Modernized VADC’s digital marketing capabilities: established and curated an Instagram account, optimized Facebook and Google advertisements, and expanded email marketing which yielded over 300 new patrons, 200 of which were outside the DC Metro Area. Acted as artistic producer for online recitals, which included editing and writing program notes, editing surtitles, and providing translations for works sung in French, German, and Italian. Serve as primary media and PR contact and aided in programming 2021-2022 season.

Arts administrator with a demonstrated history of working in non-profit performing arts organizations. Enjoys collaborating with artists and fellow administrators to find new and exciting ways to make performing arts (especially opera) accessible to all audiences. Lover of podcasts, Baroque music, and dog mom to Oliver.
