+Manages individual and organizational member stewardship and renewals (consisting of 3000+ individuals and 500+ organizations). +Oversees member services coordinator in gift processing and acknowledgments. +Assists in the hosting and coordination of member events including, National Trustee Forum, Backstage Brunch Fundraiser, and the OPERA America 50th Anniversary Virtual Road Trip series. +Serves as department representative for the Opera Center Reopening Task Force, assessing market conditions and the feasibility of opening the National Opera Center throughout COVID-19. +Co-heads the OPERA America BIPOC Fundraisers group for development officers in the opera field.

+Managed all incoming gifts and associated record keeping. +Coordination of in-house mailings for calendar year end and fiscal year end. +Tracked member engagement with OPERA America events and convening. +Maintained up to date member records +Assisted in special event and fundraising planning.

+Private instructor for one-on-one lessons to campus-wide, undergraduate students. +Group instructor for "Keyboard and Harmony (I-IV)" classes for music undergraduate degree candidates.

+Initiated research and assembled information on prospective sponsors to promote future partnerships. +Organized hard copy files as well as new information on donors on Tessitura. +Generated letters of acknowledgement and press materials, as well as assisted with final reports for season donors to ensure continuing sponsorship.
