Robert H. Kaplan, PhD. has been a board member of San Diego Opera since 2014, and has previously served as Board President. He is a graduate of University of Cincinnati, obtaining his doctorate in Political Science. Dr. Kaplan is the Associate Director of the MAS Program in Leadership of Healthcare Organizations at UCSD, School of Medicine.
