Co-founded of Encompass with Nancy Rhodes in 1975. He worked as the Technical Director and Producer of a New Play Series at the Roundabout Theatre Company, and with Shakespeare in the Park, the Cherry Lane Theatre and served as Promotion and Development Director for the Off Off Broadway Alliance (renamed the Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York). He served as Development Director for Miriam Colon’s The Puerto Rican Traveling Theatre. He was Executive Director of the AIDS Medical Foundation. His Social Work includes Covenant House, Project Return, and Community Transition Team. He has spent the past 25 years as an Adjunct Professor in the Psychology Department in various New York City and New Jersey colleges.
