Mr. Glueckert has been a member of the ensemble at Oper Frankfurt since the 2016-17 season. This season he appeared with the company as Count Vaudemont in Tchaikovsky’s Iolanta, Edrisi in Szymanowski’s King Roger, Flamand in R. Strauss’s Capriccio, and Don José in Carmen. In concert, Mr. Glueckert has been heard in Handel’s Messiah with the Utah Symphony and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 with the Santa Clara and Sacramento symphonies. This season he sang the role of Erik in Der fliegende Holländer with the Milwaukee Symphony. At San Francisco Opera, Mr. Glueckert has been seen as Beadle Bamford in Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd, Normanno in Lucia di Lammermoor, Vogelsang in Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg, and Steuermann in Der fliegende Holländer. He created the role of the Crown Prince in the world premiere performances of Kevin Puts's Silent Night at Minnesota Opera and Opera Philadelphia. He has also appeared with Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, New Orleans Opera, Pittsburgh Opera, and Santa Fe Opera.
