Analía Corpas, a Trinidadian American Soprano, captivates with her graceful demeanor and regal magnetism. During her time at Morgan State University, she took on various roles in the University Opera Program such as Lauretta, Mrs. Pinkerton, Santuzza, and the 1st Witch in Dido and Aeneas. She showcased her skills as a concert soloist with the Mid-Atlantic Symphony and the Chesapeake Symphony. As a young artist, she took on roles such as Suzel, Rachel, Ortlinde, Elsa, Brünhilde, and Senta. Corpas continued her studies at the Peabody Institute, the Berlin Dramatic Voices Program, New York Dramatic Voices, and most recently the Boston Wagner Institute with Jane Eaglen. Corpas continues to excel as an emerging artist in the dramatic repertoire.
