Biography

Anna Lee

Anna has traveled worldwide, participating in competitions and concerts. She was the winner of the Valsesia International Music Competition in Italy, the Rising Star Concerto Competition and the American Protégé International Music Competition. She was also awarded second place in the Padova International Music Competition, Italy and also in the Seoul National Music Competition in South Korea and made her debut performance in the Carnegie Hall, New York.  

 

In addition to competitions, she has also received master classes with many great performers, such as Charles Castleman, Aaron Rosand, Renée Jolles, Nicola Benedetti and Leo Philips. At the age of 15, Anna began studying under Professor Martin Riseley at the New Zealand School of Music, Victoria University of Wellington, and went on to attain her Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees at the Eastman School of Music in New York with Professor Renée Jolles. 

 

Anna currently attends the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston under the guidance of Professor Nicholas Kitchen in pursuit of her Graduate Diploma.
