The Administrative Assistant to the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost supports the day-to-day operations at the Manhattan School of Music and completes routine functions related to faculty, staff, and student interactions. The incumbent reports to the Executive Assistant and to the Executive Vice President and Provost. The incumbent works directly with the four administrative deans, and as needed supports the academic deans, department chairs, and the faculty at large, staff, students, and the general public. The Administrative Assistant exemplifies a spirit of helpfulness, confidentiality, and timeliness while serving as a resource to a diverse student body, faculty, and staff. The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact in the Office of the Provost and greets all visitors to the office with warmth and friendliness. This position requires the incumbent to manage time-sensitive and situationally sensitive material. This position includes essential job functions which require on-site office attendance.

I helped produce and stage a production of La Traviata at Snug Harbor. This included sending out communications to cast and creating the rehearsal schedule as well as set and costume design.
