Caleb Alexander is an award-winning lyric tenor native to the San Francisco Bay Area. Since his
graduation from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in 2023, he has performed with a
wide variety of operatic organizations across Northern California in a variety of roles. He has
worked as a teaching artist with the San Francisco Opera Guild for the past two years, going
into schools and performing works such as L’elisir d’amore and La Cenerentola in collaboration
with students to give them an opportunity to experience opera first-hand. He has performed with
a wide variety of organizations, from traditional opera houses at San Jose Opera and Livermore
Valley Opera to small, innovative opera companies such as the Santa Cruz Opera Project that
prioritize audience interaction and new forms of presenting opera to the public. This year, he
has had the privilege of performing lead roles with local opera companies, including Alfredo in
La Traviata with Verismo Opera and Tamino in Die Zauberflöte with the Handel Opera Project.
In addition to his vocal musicianship, he has over ten years of experience performing with the
classical guitar and four years of experience performing with the piano.
