Carson Arcuri is a Tenor based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Michigan native has been praised for his theatrical intuition and his rich voice that can fill rooms with color. Carson has been primarily cast in comedic roles, most recently performing Eisenstein at the Varna International Music Academy's production of Die Fledermaus in 2025, though his role list and repertoire display a wide range of vocal ability and styles. Other recent performances include Alexis in The Sorcerer by Gilbert and Sullivan in 2024, and the titular character in Offenbach's Orphée aux enfers in 2023. While most of his roles have been comedic, he has been cast as Don José in the upcoming production of La Tragédie de Carmen at the University of Michigan in December 2025.
Carson graduated from the University of Michigan in 2024 with a Masters in Vocal Performance. While there, he performed in the aforementioned production of Orphée aux enfers, as well as receiving pedagogical training. With this, he has continued to perform while teaching a small studio of students who have gone on to perform at high levels after graduating high school. Carson also performed and trained at Oakland University, receiving a Bachelor in Vocal Performance in 2022 while performing as Acis in Acis and Galatea and Bunthorne in Patience.
