Cecelia Hall enjoys a vibrant career of guest work on both sides of the Atlantic and is a member of the ensemble at Oper Frankfurt. Highlights of the 2023-24 season for Cecelia include the title role in a new production of La Cenerentola for Boston Lyric Opera, Mozart’s Requiem at Lincoln Center with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, and the title role in a new production of Mozart’s Ascanio in Alba at Oper Frankfurt. 2022/23 highlights included Ariodante with Israeli Opera, Charlotte/Werther at Oper Frankfurt, Xerxes at Komische Oper Berlin, and a concert at Carnegie Hall with Harry Bicket and the Orchestra St Lukes. Other roles include Romeo/I Capuleti ed i Montecchi, Hänsel/Hänsel und Gretel, Marguerite/La Damnation de Faust, Komponist/Ariadne, Rosina/Barbiere, Dido/Dido and Aeneas, Mozart's Idamante, Cherubino, Ramiro, Zerlina, and Dorabella. Cecelia is a graduate of the Juilliard School, DePaul University, the Lindemann and Ryan Opera Center Young artist programs.
