Last season we created a concert putting the spotlight on our wonderful Marin Symphony Chorus. It was a huge success, so we’re doing it again! Under the direction of Kevin Fox, and joined by Marin Symphony players, come and enjoy the genius of Mozart with this fine choral ensemble.

Biography
Elena Schoen Northen is an accomplished soprano known for her dynamic performances across various genres of music. Having studied vocal performance at San Francisco State University, Elena has developed a diverse repertoire that includes both classical and contemporary works.
Notable credits in 2024 include the role of Jennie in Kurt Weil’s Down in the Valley with Contemporary Opera Marin, and as a member of the very active chorus in Purcell’s Dido & Aeneas with Festival Opera. Elena is a regular member of the Marin Symphony Chorus and Marin Symphony Chamber Chorus. She currently studies with Arden Sugarman.
