Emil Abdullaiev

Ukrainian bass Emil Abdullaiev graduated from the Kiev Opera Studio during and National Music Academy of Ukraine in 2016 . From 2014 to 2016 he sang multiple performances of following roles: Figaro (“Le Nozze di Figaro” , Old gypsy (“Aleko”, Rachmaninov), Dottore (“La Traviata”,), Saretsky (“Eugene Onegin” and Bertrand (“Iolanta”. Since moving to Italy in 2016 he studied privately with Carlo Colombara, and graduated from Conservatory “G. Puccini” of La Spezia under the guide of M. Marcello Lippi Since he moved to Italy he has already sung more than 30 roles. He appeared as Don Basilio in “Il Barbiere di Siviglia” with John Osborn at Cartuja Center in Seville and with Bruno Praticò at the Teatro Duse in Bologna. Mara Zampieri as artistic director of Teatro Barbarigo in Padova has chosen him for roles of Raimondo (“Lucia di Lammermoor”, Il Grande Inquisitore and Un frate (“Don Carlo” and Alidoro (“La Cenerentola”, . He also performed such roles as Zaccaria (“Nabucco”, Fiesco (“Simon Boccanegra” , Figaro (“Le Nozze di Figaro” , Don Pasquale,, Ferrando (“Il Trovatore”), Colline (“La Bohème” , Sparafucile and Monterone (“Rigoletto” , Don Gavino (“La Scuffiara” G. Paisiello), Haly (“L’italiana in Algeri”, Re (“Aida” ), Lodovico (“Otello” ), Angelotti (“Tosca” ) etc. on stages including Teatro Regio di Parma, Teatro G. Verdi in Pisa, Teatro Coccia di Novara, Teatro G. Verdi di Busseto, OperaGiocosa Chiabrera Theater of Savona, Teatro Casinò di Sanremo and La Spezia Civic Theater. During these productions he worked alongside such singers as Ambrogio Maestri, Massimo Cavaletti, Roberto De Biasio, Amartuvshin Enkhbat and Simon Orfila. He worked with such directors as Pierfrancesco Maestrini, Renato Bonajuto, Gianmaria Aliverta, Roberto Catalano, Paul Panizza and such conductors as Matteo Beltrami, Giovanni di Stefano, Aldo Salvagno, Marco Beretta, Tommaso Ussardi, Alessandro Palumbo and Claudio Morbo. His concert experience includes performances based on operatic repertoire in various halls in Ukraine, Italy, France and Bulgary. He took part in XXth Festival Verdi, doing a numerous concerts for VerdiOff.
