In his senior year of High School, Eric had the opportunity to work with HGO again as a member of their High School Voice Studio. This gave him opportunities for master classes, diction classes, and an early immersion into the world of opera. Eric received his Bachelor's of Music from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. He sang in every chorus he could, performed in countless opera scenes, and three main stage opera productions. He was also able to travel and perform opera in Italy, Luxembourg, and Japan thanks to Sam Houston and its wonderful faculty. After graduating in May of 2018, Eric continued his education at Louisiana State University for his Master's of Music in Vocal Performance degree. He is currently in his second year.
