Hunter Warnick, bass-baritone, is a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance from Northern Arizona University, where he studied under Dr. Robert Allen Saunders. Most recently at the Brevard Music Center, Hunter performed the role of Dr. Dulcamara in the Janiec Opera Company’s production of L’elisir d’amore.

Biography

Hunter Warnick

Hunter Warnick, bass-baritone, is a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance from Northern Arizona University, where he studied under Dr. Robert Allen Saunders. Most recently at the Brevard Music Center, Hunter performed the role of Dr. Dulcamara in the Janiec Opera Company’s production of L’elisir d’amore. Originally from Kuna, Idaho, Hunter was the 2025 prize winner of the Idaho Federation of Music Clubs Collegiate Award in both the Men’s Voice category and overall, in addition to winning the National Federation of Music Clubs biannual Student/Collegiate Auditions Award. In Northern Arizona University’s latest season, he performed the role of Dr. Falke in Die Fledermaus as well as Tom/John in Henry Mollicone’s mini opera The Face on the Barroom Floor. Additional past credits include Olin Blitch in Susannah, Friedrich Bhaer in Little Women, and Leporello in Don Giovanni.
