Mezzo-soprano Inhye Choi holds an Artist Diploma and Performer’s Certificate from Montclair State University, a Master’s degree from the Manhattan School of Music, and a Bachelor’s degree from Sookmyung Women’s University in South Korea. She made her operatic debut as Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro with the New Seoul Opera Company in 2021. She has since performed a variety of roles including Mercedes in Carmen at the Miami Music Festival, Zita in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, and Buoso’s Ghost by Michael Ching at Montclair State University. In 2024, she expanded her repertoire with several notable performances: Mother Marie in Poulenc’s Dialogues of the Carmelites, Flo in the world premiere of The Elenors at the Savannah Voice Festival, and Hansel in Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel. In 2025, she appeared as Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro with the Hawaii Performing Arts Festival and as the Third Lady in Mozart’s The Magic Flute with Chicago Summer Opera.
