(She/Her) Isabella Carucci, age 20, performed "Renaissance Concerto" by Lukas Foss as a soloist with the Perrysburg Symphony Orchestra in April 2024 as the winner of the Solo Honors Competition. A student of Amy Porter, she majors in flute performance and minors in writing at the University of Michigan. She is a substitute piccolo player for the Lima Symphony Orchestra, a 2024 Performing Arts EXCELerator fellow for her 501(c)3 non-profit, the Flute Pedagogy Project, and a NY Flute Club Newsletter staff writer.
