Soprano Jesica Santino is an emerging artist based in Philadelphia. In her 25/26 season, Jesica is excited to join Delaware Valley Opera Company covering the role of Mrs. Gobineau in The Medium. Previous credits include The Queen of the Night (Die Zauberflöte), Barbarina (Le nozze di Figaro), Eliza (cover, Dark Sisters), Lola (Gallantry), Martha (Martha), and Mrs. Fiorentino (Street Scene). She has also performed scenes from La fille du régiment, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, H.M.S. Pinafore, and Così fan tutte.

In her 24/25 season, Jesica was a young artist with Trentino Music Festival, performing as Barbarina in Le nozze di Figaro, and was featured in scenes from The Tales of Hoffman as Giulietta. In previous seasons, Jesica has been seen on stage as The Queen of the Night (Die Zauberflöte), Eliza (cover, Dark Sisters), Lola (Gallantry), Martha (Martha), and Mrs. Fiorentino (Street Scene). She has also performed scenes as Marie (La fille du régiment), Josephine (H.M.S. Pinafore), and Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte).
Jesica has performed with Temple Opera Theater, Matador Opera Workshop, The NJ Opera Project, A Modern Reveal, The University of Tulsa Opera Theater, and The Institute for the International Education of Students (I.E.S.) Abroad Music Summer Program.
In concert, Jesica has been the soprano soloist in Rejoice in the Lamb (Britten), Serenade to Music (cover, Vaughan Williams), and Liebeslieder-Walzer (Brahms). Originally from New Mexico, Jesica holds degrees from The University of Tulsa and Temple University. She is honored to have won various awards and competitions, including the Sigma Alpha Iota (S.A.I.) Patroness Scholarship for Music, a Recognition Recitalist with the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra, the S.A.I. Alumnae Chapter Cindy Harmon Scholarship, The Laven Sowell Collegiate Vocal Award from the Hyechka Club of Tulsa, the S.A.I. Summer Music Scholarship, and the Mary Bowles Memorial Scholarship.
