Soprano Jessica Zeller is best known for her lyric roles such as Musetta in La bohème and Beth in Mark Adamo’s operatic adaptation of Little Women, the latter of which she performed with the International Lyric Academy in Vicenza, Italy. Other recent engagements include a performance as Glinda in The Wizard of Oz with North Texas Performing Arts, where she currently teaches private voice and acting lessons. In 2023, Jessica performed in the chorus of the Dallas Symphony’s concert presentations of Eugene Onegin, as well as The Merry Widow featuring Susan Graham and Thomas Hampson. She performed the role of Polissena in Handel’s Radamisto with the Miami Music Festival in 2018. Jessica is an alumna of Collin College where she performed roles such as Yum-Yum in The Mikado and Edith in Pirates of Penzance. She is also a graduate of the University of North Texas where she earned a bachelor’s degree in music, business management, and nonprofit management. Among Jessica’s honors are the Preliminary Talent Award and Non-finalist Talent Award in the Miss Texas competition as part of the Miss America Organization. She is currently a student of Tony Award nominee Christiane Noll and had previously studied with Barbara Bonney.
