Born in England, brought up in France, Julia’s cultural diversity is reflected both in her vocal talents and variety of contrasting musical domains - performing repertoire from classical opera to musical theatre, from traditional pop to more earthy jazz and blues. Graduating in business studies from the Universities of Lancaster and Madrid, she went on to attend the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London, where she majored in vocals. Professional experience includes two years singing with the premium cruise line Celebrity, two contracts as a lead singer in the in-house party band ‘Front Row’, and one contract as the lead vocalist of a successful acoustic duo, the Duo Effect.
