Soprano Julia Wolcott is establishing herself as an exciting young dramatic voice. In 2022, she was an apprentice artist at Sarasota Opera where she received the Anne J. O’Donnell Award. In 2020, she was scheduled to cover Ada in Wagner’s Die Feen at the Glimmerglass Festival and sing Ortlinde + cover Sieglinde in Die Walküre with the Potomac Vocal Institute (canceled - COVID-19.) Julia made her debut with the Glimmerglass Festival, where she sang Liza in Tchaikovsky’s Queen of Spades.
