Pianist Kyung-Eun Na has cultivated a multi-faceted music career not only as a performer, but also as an educator, vocal coach, and music curator for numerous concerts and radio program. Ms. Na currently serves as Head of Collaborative Piano at Purchase College, State University of New York and as a vocal coach at Manhattan School of Music. Prior to current positions she had taught as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Chamber and Collaborative Music at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and as an Assistant Professor of Collaborative Arts at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She participated as a music staff/ harpsichordist in multiple opera productions and concerts at the Hawaii Opera Theatre, Ravinia Steans Music Institute, The Soo Opera Theatre Project, Inc., Virginia Opera, Purchase Opera, Indiana University Opera and Ballet Theatre, The Juilliard School, Manhattan School of Music, the Music Academy of the West, Aspen Opera Theater Center, International Music Academy in Siena, Italy. Winner of the Marilyn Horne Foundation competition 2007, Ms. Na was featured in recital tour projects and master classes with emerging vocalists under auspices of the foundation collaborating with Nadine Sierra (soprano) and Brenda Rae (soprano) to name a few. Her chamber music credits include collaborations with renowned soloists such as Matthew Lipman (viola), Jasmine Choi (flute), Soovin Kim (violin) as well as members of the New York Philharmonic, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, Los Angeles Opera Orchestra, and Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra.
