Lauren Randolph

Her other roles include Frasquita (Carmen), Queen of the Night (Die Zauberflöte), Mabel (Pirates of Penzance), 1st Bridesmaid/ Beloved (Trial by Jury), Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), Antonia (Les Contes d'Hoffmann), Barbarina (Le nozze di Figaro), Sophie in the World Premier of Isabelle Aboulker's Leçons de Français aux Etudiants Americains, and Sophie from the World Revival Premier of Joseph Kraus's Fintberg's Bröllop. She has performed with New York Dramatic Voices, Canto Vocal Programs, Bel Cantanti Opera, The In Series, Maryland Lyric Opera Company, Lyric Opera Studio of Weimar, the Franco American Vocal Academy, the Northwest Lyric Opera Company, and the Spokane Symphony. She received her Master of Music degree from The Peabody Conservatory of The Johns Hopkins University in 2015, where she was awarded a graduate assistantship. There she performed the roles of Mary Crawford in Johnathon Dove's US debut of Mansfield Park and L'autre Soeur in Poulenc's Dialogue of the Carmelites. She also had the opportunity to expand her concert repertoire in Riley's In C with the Modern Peabody Orchestra and the Soprano role in Haydn's Mass in B-flat Major Hob.XXII:14 Harmoniesse with the Peabody Concert Orchestra. In 2015 she was awarded The George Woodhead Prize in Voice for her "contribution to the musical and educational life at Peabody [which] has been considerable" and is "to be commended for [her] outstanding accomplishments." In addition, she was the 2013 winner of the MusicFest Northwest Young Artist Competition.
