Technically speaking, the first time Lucy was on stage, she was in utero. Her parents are performers, so naturally, they expected her to eschew the world of theatre. But to their surprise, she was instinctively drawn to it. At six, she was cast in her first play (Beauty and the Beast, Jr.), did some voiceover work (for a production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest), and appeared on a television show. Since then, she has performed in more than 20 stage productions, 4 virtual productions, attended two summers of Junior Actor Training at Utah Shakespeare Festival, and is headed into her third summer at Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Camp with a concentration in Musical Theatre. She has studied ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, musical theatre, and technique at Yaquina Barre (formerly Dance! And All That Jazz), improv comedy with Jennifer Hamilton, acting for the camera with Curtis Andersen, Acting the Song with Jason Holland, and vocal coaching with Joel Trisel. Favorite roles include Little Red Riding Hood in Into the Woods, Matilda in Matilda The Musical, Jr with Coastal Act Productions, Shprintze in Fiddler on the Roof with Oregon Coast Council for the Arts, Mustardseed in A Midsummer Night's Dream with Red Octopus Theatre Company, Ensemble in Sweeney Todd (her favorite show) at Stagedoor Manor, Amaryllis in The Music Man with Coastal Act Productions, and Timon in The Lion King, Jr. with Tacoma Musical Playhouse.
