Quinn Robinson
Quinn Robinson is currently completing his Performance Diploma in viola at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music under Edward Gazouleas. While at IU, he performed as soloist for Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante and Bartók’s Viola Concerto. He has also premiered over forty-five new works by students and guest composers. Quinn previously studied with Karen Ritscher at the Manhattan School of Music Precollege.

Biography

Quinn Robinson

Quinn Robinson, from Norwalk, CT, is currently completing his Performance Diploma in viola at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music under Edward Gazouleas. While at IU, he performed as soloist for Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante and Bartók’s Viola Concerto. He has also premiered over forty-five new works by students and guest composers. Quinn previously studied with Karen Ritscher at the Manhattan School of Music Precollege. He attended the Borromeo, Bowdoin, and Green Mountain festivals, as well as played in public masterclasses for esteemed violists including Roland Glassl, Juan-Miguel Hernandez, Jeffrey Irvine, and Ivo van der Werff.
