Sabrina Cohn, an energetic Soprano, is originally from Los Angeles, California. She loves playing vibrant characters and brings that energy to the opera stage. She has recently performed the role of Lauretta in Gianni Schicchi with FIO Mondo in Urbania, Italy. Previously she has performed the roles of Papagena in Die Zauberflöte and Dew Fairy from Hansel und Gretel. She’s studied in the summers with Lyric Opera Studio Weimar, Chicago Summer Opera, Berlin Opera Academy, and many more.
Sabrina recently Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Landmark College in Putney, Vermont, where she earned the President’s Award, the Maria Forte Art Award, and the Best New DJ Award. She is working on her Master of Music degree in Vocal Studies at the Longy School of Music of Bard College where she is studying with Carol Mastrodomenico. This summer Sabrina is joining AAMA, Salzburg, Austria, to sing Bastienne in Bastien und Bastienne.
