Biography

Sean Pollock

He has contributed to the Onstage Blog, Thought Catalog, and zines such as Loose Tooth, Notes, and Circus Of Dreams. He has taught at Theatre Horizon, 82nd St Academics, Wingspan Arts and in the public school district of Philadelphia. His stage adaptation of THE PEACOCK AGENDA has recently been commissioned and published by Montag Press, and he is currently working on his animated filmmaking debut with THE PURPLE STOCKINGS with animator David Browning. He is one of many Artistic Directors of Unattended Baggage, and the founder of the Macabre Theatre Ensemble at Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. Additionally, he’s served as the Literary Manager of Playlight Theatre Company, as a Literary Associate with the Dirty Blondes and a Social Media Manager for NewMusicalTheatre.com. In his spare time, he can be found collaging, taking pictures on disposable cameras, and phonebanking for progressive candidates. Training: Ithaca College, NTI, Directors Lab North, Directors Lab Chicago, Directors Lab West. Dramatists Guild Member.
