Valentina Boi, spinto lyric soprano, has a voice with a burnished timbre rich in harmonics and volume, as well as an interpretative ability with a dramatic character that allowed her to start her career right away with works belonging to the heavy repertoire, but with a soft and refined phrasing is capable of reproducing even the sweetest and most delicate passages. In recent years she has established herself as an interpreter in the most important theaters with large repertoire roles, finding the favor of both the public and critics. We remember the production of "Un Ballo in Maschera" at the Teatro Regio di Parma in the role of Amelia, Adriana Lecouvreur in the title role and Don Giovanni by Mozart in the role of Donna Elvira (both at the Teatro Filarmonico di Verona and at the Carlo Felice of Genoa); Alice Ford in Falstaff in the staging by Luca Ronconi and Santuzza in the Cavalleria Rusticana at the Carlo Felice Theater in Genoa, she performed at the Teatro Alla Scala in the opera Francesca da Rimini. Her repertoire also complements her in her roles: Iris, Sister angelica, Aida, Tosca, Mimì in “La Boheme”, Giorgetta in “Il Tabarro” and Minnie in “La fanciulla del West”, roles that she has played in the most prestigious Italian and foreign theaters. She graduated with full marks at the Boccherini Conservatory of Lucca with full marks, in addition to singing she also studied Viola and Piano since she was a child; at the same time she studies Dramatic art with important exponents of the international theater scene.
