Mezzo-Soprano Ruby Dibble holds a B.M from Oberlin Conservatory and a M.M from The Curtis Institute of Music. Dibble is currently a member of The Juilliard School’s ADOS program. At Curtis, Dibble performed roles including Dorabella (Così fan tutte) and Elle (La Voix Humaine.) Dibble has frequented Philadelphia’s Kimmel Center under the baton of Yannick Nézet-Séguin. Dibble’s professional engagements include Flora (La Traviata) at Wolf Trap Opera and Berta (Il Barbiere di Siviglia) at Lyric Opera of Kansas City. Dibble also covered Cherubino (Le Nozze di Figaro) at Santa Fe Opera. Dibble was the Kansas City District winner of the 2023 Laffont Competition, a semifinalist in the 2022 & 2023 Lotte Lenya Competition, and the Second Place winner for the 2023 Cooper Bing Competition. Ruby spent this past summer at the Aspen Music Festival as a Renée Fleming Artist singing the role of Carmen in Jimmy López’s Bel Canto. Dibble looks forward to performing Sesto in Juilliard's upcoming production of La Clemenza di Tito.
