Jemeka Delphin is the founder, owner and CEO of Exit In Productions LLC in Phoenix, AZ.  She was inspired by her father, a well known musician to launch the company in 2017.  He was reading the Bible one day and came upon I Peter 2:9, “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”  That scripture then became the motto of the company. Jemeka’s heart of the company is to be a blessing to other Christian artists who need a helping hand and a trusted individual to help them launch their careers.  

Currently Jemeka is managing Mi’ka Moon Musical Messenger, a new Contemporary Christian artist out of Hawaii who is currently working on an EP.  Along with managing, Jemeka also leads praise and worship weekly at a local church in Glendale, AZ.  You will find her there on any given Sunday singing Contemporary Christian songs.

Jemeka has the experience of being an Artist as well and under the artist name “Monique” has released several original songs.  “Dear God, I Turn to You” is a fan favorite.  She also has experience as an Accounts Payable Manager where she has learned business lessons that can and do apply to the music business and her current role.   This experience makes her the perfect liaison between artists and business professionals.

Jemeka and her husband are  raising four children that range from 8 to 18..  It’s a fun loving and chaotic household that keeps this busy CEO on her toes.  The future looks bright for Jemeka and Exit In Productions, LLC.  This is only the beginning.
