Biography

Gina Marie Falk

A "soaring soprano soloist" (Boston Classical Review), Gina Marie Falk is a Boston-based singer specializing in the performance of early and contemporary chamber music.

Some of Gina Marie’s most recent engagements include touring with the Pandora Consort as a Pegasus Rising Artist, joining Emmanuel Music in their weekly Cantata Series, and collaborating with pianist Clémentine Dubost to bring exciting, varied recitals to the Middlebury College School of French.

Gina Marie’s love of new music is at the forefront of her budding career. She continues her collaboration with emerging composers, premiering their works in both chamber and solo settings; most recently with Emmanuel Music, Nightingale Vocal Ensemble, and collaborator John Secunde.

In Fall of 2023, Gina Marie and John were named winners of the Worlds Collide Showcase, an annual concert, competition, and fundraising event focused on cross-genre collaboration. Their ensemble, Saint Boneface, premiered an edgy, ethereal version of Debussy's Green and revisited Hildegard von Bingen's Karitas with an indie songwriter's twist. As Saint Boneface continues to explore the boundaries between genres, the group will bring david lang's Death Speaks to the greater Boston area in June 2024.

Gina Marie received an MM in Vocal Performance from the Longy School of Music and a BM in Vocal Performance from East Carolina University.
