Biography

Liv Rhodes

Liv Rhodes is a producer, writer, and artist based in Brooklyn, NY. Raised in a rigorous academic environment, Liv learned to turn to the stories of the stage and screen for the escape they provided her. Since then, she has worked to generate such stories to affect audiences, as countless did for her. Most recently, Liv was the Lead Producer for the sold-out Dear Mom, Sorry for Being a Bitch at Soho Playhouse. Liv was also the Producing Associate for the original Broadway productions of Pass Over, Is This a Room, and Dana H. As a writer, Liv has worked with the writing teams of Scotland, PA (by Adam Gwon & Michael Mitnick, dir. Lonny Price, Roundabout Theatre Company); The Griswold’s Broadway Vacation (by Steve Rosen & David Rossmer, prod. Ken Davenport w/ Warner Media); as well as many projects in film/tv including: The Light of Days (Amblin), Untitled Audrey Hepburn Project (dir. Luca Guadagnino, Rooney Mara), Muppet Man (Disney), and more. Additionally, Liv also works as a branding and marketing consultant for various theatrical productions. During her time at Vassar College, Liv directed and produced the first production of Fly By Night after its 2014 premiere at Playwrights Horizons. Outside of her work, Liv can be found listening to podcasts whilst knitting or sewing her own garments or adoring her cat, Minnie.
