Tyson Vick is an award-winning, Montana-based photographer (1st place, WPPI) who has used his skill as a filmmaker, costume designer, digital artist, and storyteller to bring his visions to life. A graduate of the New York Film Academy, his passion for traditional analog cinematography led him to move into the realm of still photography over the course of his career. As a filmmaker he created two documentaries for the International Gilbert & Sullivan Festival, one of which, A Source of Innocent Merriment, followed a female director as she staged an opera performance with 80 school-aged children. Tyson also took on the challenges of costume design, creating costumes for various opera productions for the University of Montana, working on film sets, and building one-of-a-kind pieces for various fashion magazine and blogs. He is the author of Mozart Reimagined, a non-fiction work about the operas of the composer Mozart. His work in male photography has produced his largest fanbase within the LGBT community. He also creates artistic short form fan-films for release on YouTube based on the Elder Scrolls video game series, a project which arose during the Covid pandemic by allowing theater performers and filmmakers to continue working. He was born and raised in Montana, and currently resides in Bozeman, Montana.
