Ashley drives the strategy of COT’s long-term goals and sets the tone for our day-to-day interactions. She excels at building constructive community, individual, and institutional partnerships, and has leveraged her background in fundraising to grow COT’s network of supporters, friends, and advocates. Ashley began her career at Utah Symphony | Utah Opera as Production Coordinator for the opera’s artistic department before serving in leadership positions in both events and development, including as Director of Corporate Partnerships. She earned her MBA from the University of Utah, with a focus in business strategy and project management, and participated in Opera America’s Leadership Intensive.
