As the Senior Operations Manager, I work closely with COO creating successful operational structures at The Broad Stage. This includes managing the theatre's production team, front of house operations, and office administration.

As the administrator for the Harvard Dance Program, I played a leadership role involved in all aspects of the departments management, including producing performances and events, and departmental financial oversight. More specifically, I managed co-curricular dance courses, events, symposia, performances, master classes, and interdepartmental initiatives. With colleagues at the Harvard Office for the Arts, I developed and monitor the Dance Program budget, oversaw studio rentals, course registration fees, and instructional payroll as well as strategized program growth opportunities.
