• Primary contact for all agents and singers, directors, and conductors
• Negotiate, prepare and execute all contracts for singers, directors and conductors

• Serve on and provide input to Covid-19 safety committee to create policy and standard operating procedures for all rehearsals and performances
• Prepare and submit visa applications for foreign artists
• Coordinate with marketing and development departments for use of artists throughout their residencies
• Create check requests and distribute per diems and pay checks to all singers, directors, and conductors
• Primary resource for interpretation, understanding and execution of AGMA collective bargaining agreement on behalf of Company for all singers, directors, and conductors
• Prepare and maintain reports, as needed, regarding ongoing and planned artisitic activities
• Prepare and send out “Welcome Packets” to each artist including but not limited to: welcome letter, Standard Operating Procedures, local vendors list, anti-harassment policy, local transportation maps, directions to and from rehearsal and performance venues, contact lists, etc.
• Proof all programs, prior to publication
Responsible for day-to-day management of New York office with support provided to international offices, including:
• Conduct research and prepare materials identifying potential opportunities for represented artists with musical companies
• Design, update and maintain databases, including contacts, calendars and artists, to improve communications and efficiency among the company’s offices
• Assist with identification of potential new artist clients
• Preparation of artists’ publicity information, including artist biographies along with repertoire and availability
• Communicate with musical companies to secure auditions and, ultimately, engagements
• Schedule and coordinate auditions and engagements
• Represent agency at auditions
• Assess and critique artist auditions, including direct feedback to artist on performance and repertoire
• Prepare correspondence among musical companies, agency and artists
• Preliminary review and drafting of performance contracts
• Coordinate travel logistics, housing arrangements, and preparation of travel documents, including visas
• Prepare financial projections
