-Developing and executing unique classroom programs for children ages 8-18, in accordance with the objectives of the Opera in Our Schools residency program and Common Core standards -Creating and presenting final performances of devised work in schools -Developing multi-year, long term relationships with partner schools and teachers, while collaborating on performing arts based learning projects. -Crafting and facilitating a variety of community outreach events -Serving as a member of the interdepartmental IDEA working group, committed to ensuring Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access for all employees, artists, patrons, and community partners of Lyric Opera of Chicago
