Gabriel Rice, baritone, is an active singer, instrumentalist, and student, currently pursuing Bachelor's degrees in Music Performance and Ecology from The University of the South in Sewanee, TN. A child of the Anglican choral tradition, he is particularly dedicated to ensemble work, appearing in services and weekly evensong with Sewanee’s University Choir and the Schola Cantorum of the School of Theology. In recent international tours and residencies, he has participated as a section leader and soloist at St. Paul’s, St. Mary’s Edinburgh, Liverpool, Hereford, and Chester Cathedrals, and Westminster Abbey. Gabriel has also recently studied voice abroad with in Vienna, Austria. He was also a longtime member of the choirs of Christ Church Cathedral in Nashville, TN. Professionally he is primarily engaged in the middle Tennessee area serving in wedding, and special event choirs and as a bluegrass and rock musician. Gabriel is currently a student of Dr. Kerry Ginger and Erik
