Hanna Pederson is a performing violist and teacher of viola and violin. She is currently a member of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago and has performed with numerous other ensembles around the country. With viola performance degrees from Rice University and the University of Maryland, her primary teachers have included Katherine Murdock, Ivo Van Der Werff, Joan DerHovsepian, and Peter Slowik. Her students have attended all state orchestra.
