Itamar has started his musical journey in 2008 with his first piano teacher, Mrs. Ruth Zuri from kiryat Ono Conservatory. In 2017 he started learning with prof. Arnon Erez from Tel - Aviv Buchman Mehta School of music and with Mrs. Hana Shalgy, parallel for his studies with prof. Erez. In 2021 Itamar has started learning with Prof. Emanuel Krassovsky, also at the BMSM. In 2019 he was graduated Thelma Yelin High School of Arts with excellence, and he was accepted for the IDF special program for musicians. As a part of the music excellence program of the IDF, Parallel for his military service itamar has started learning for his first degree in music performance in the Buchman Mehta School for music in Tel Aviv University. Itamar finished his army service in February 2022, and currently studying for the last year of his music degree. Itamar participated in many musical activities, concerts, curses, and masterclasses. For example, Itamar participated in summer curses abroad in Halle (Germany, 2015), Nice (France, 2016), Perugia (Italy, 2017) and ISSA (Austria, 2022). As a part of the Jerusalem Music center, Itamar played in a live concert of "Koll Hamusica" in the Israeli radio and participated the JMC chamber music program. In addition, Itamar participates on a casual basis in concerts for nursing homes as a contribution for the community. Itamar is part of the America-Israel artists Foundation, scholarship winner in the years 2018-19 and 2020-21, and receives each year scholarships of the BMSM for music excellence. In addition, together with his piano trio, he have won the second prize of the chamber music of the BMSM. In January 2023 he won the 3rd prize of the national Israeli competition "Pnina Zaltzman" where he played with Haifa Symphonic Orchestra at the final, and the 1st prize for chamber music stage. In addition, Itamar played with the BMSM symphonic orchestra 3rd concerto by S.Prokofiev under the baton of the well appreciated German conductor Christian Ehwald. Above all, Itamar plays and works on a regular basis with opera singers as corepetitor and being invited to play with chamber chores and ensembles around Israel.
