(They/He) J.J. is a multi-instrumental songwriter and educator in Brooklyn with over 15 years of experience. Native to NYC, J.J. was inspired by the local rock, punk, blues, jazz, and pop. After attending Berklee College of Music, J.J. dived into teaching and has performed at many well-renowned venues, such as Carnegie Hall, Café Wha?, House of Blues Boston, and the Groove. J.J. draws inspiration from John Mayer, Stevie Wonder, Tom Misch, Sting, The Killers, and Maxwell to name a few.
