Under the supervision of the Vice President of Orchestra Operations, the Director of Orchestra Personnel is critical in maintaining a healthy and respectful relationship between the members of the orchestra and the administration of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. The Director of Orchestra Personnel is responsible for providing effective and efficient management and administration of all orchestra personnel activities, and maintaining compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.
