Opportunities

This new part-time position (20 hours/week, $40,000 annually) will play a crucial role in building a robust and diversified donor portfolio to support our five-year strategic vision plan. The position is remote with occasional in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advance individual giving initiatives with an emphasis on multi-year pledges
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board on donor cultivation
- Design and implement annual giving appeals
- Manage donor communications and stewardship
- Coordinate donor cultivation events
- Analyze donation data and optimize donor management systems

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong fundraising and administrative experience
- Knowledge of Neon Donor Base and GrantStation
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Passion for arts education
- Ability to build authentic relationships with constituents
- Understanding of the NJ PreK-12 education landscape

Position starts July 1, 2025. Priority consideration for applications received by May 5, 2025.
